Bihar CM Nitish Kumar: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has decided to spend 50 thousand crore rupees for the development of Bihar. He has approved 430 schemes for the development of Bihar. Regarding the feedback received during the Pragati Yatra, Nitish Kumar held a meeting at ‘Sankalp’ (the name of Nitish Kumar’s official residence and office). The chief secretary and senior officers gave a presentation in this meeting.

Informing about the meeting on social media platform ‘X’, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar wrote that today i.e. Wednesday he reviewed the development plans announced during the Pragati Yatra on the route of ‘Sankalp’, 1 and directed the concerned officials to complete the work expeditiously. 430 schemes were approved in the meeting during the Pragati Yatra, which are related to 22 departments.
50 thousand crore rupees will be spent
CM Nitish further wrote that I inspected development works in all districts during Pragati Yatra in December 2024 and January-February 2025. During the Yatra, the new plans were approved keeping in mind the feedback received from the people and the new needs, on which 50 thousand crores of rupees will be spent.

Bihar will come under the category of developed states
Nitish Kumar further wrote that work is being done in a planned manner for the development of all areas and all sections of the state. He instructed to work with full sensitivity and promptness on the schemes for the benefit of the people. We want Bihar to be included among the most developed states in the country.
