Paul presented this report to Union Sciences and Technical Minister Jitendra Singh.
The report emphasizes developing medical preparations to deal with future epidemics, especially treatment, vaccine and other measures. The report states how steps should be taken within 100 days to deal with future epidemics. For this, it is asked to increase production capacity, improve the regulatory system, and develop the ability of medical professionals.

Paul, a member of the NITI Aayog, asked the Union Minister to develop infrastructure to deal with future epidemics and to promote research in every field of medical. He said that due to the Forest Health Mission, a system of epidemics in the country has developed. During the debate, it was said that during the Corona epidemic, a dose of 220 crore was given to the people in the country and the vaccine was given to about 100 countries. In the meantime, the Union Minister said that during the Corona crisis, each department of the government had worked together.
