George Foreman, Heavyweight Champion, dead in 76

Heavyweight champion George Foreman died at the age of 76, his family announced on Friday.

His family said the foreman died surrounded by loved ones.

“Our hearts are broken,” the family wrote in Instagram Post. “With deep sorrow b, we announce the passing of our favorite George Edward Foreman Senior, who left peacefully on March 21, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.”

“A devout preacher, a dedicated husband, a loving father and proudly grandfather, he lived a life marked by relentless faith, humility and purpose,” continued this post.

But foreman fellow was known for the big-ticket match against the legendary B. Sersters Muhammad Ali and FRA Frazier.

Foreman became officially pro -1969, winning all the 13 battles he participated, with 11 wins by knockout.

Four years later, the foreman won the Heavyweight title in 1973 with a wonderful second round knockout of the unmarried Friesier. He defended his title twice, but then defeated his first professional match against Ali in the 1974 match against “Rumble” in the jungle. The match was famous in Zaira in Kinishasa, now known as the Democratic Republic in the Congo.

The foreman retired after the loss of Jimmy Young in 1977, but returned to Boxing Xing 10 years after self-welcome religious awareness. By 1994, at the age of 45, the foreman won the Unified WBA, IBF and the Linear Heavyweight Championship title in his return.

After a successful bouts in his second tenure, at the age of 46, he became the oldest world heavyweight champion in the history of boxing. The foreman is also the World Heavyweight B Boxing Csing Championship Major Honors and the oldest B ER Qsar to win the second highest in any weight category.

He then retired for Sara at the age of 48 in 1997, with the final record of 76 wins, with 68 by knockout, and only 5 damage.
