A businessman operating a chemical company in Narol area of Ahmedabad has lodged a complaint with him that he had cheated crores of rupees. The businessman of Viragam took chemicals from the complainant and later made his payment for 3 years. So that the businessman has lodged a complaint with the police in this regard.
Ahmedabad: The owner of a company that has been operating a chemical company for years in Narol has been reported that the owner of a tissue paper maker in Viragam has not paid crores of chemicals and paid Rs. Three years ago, an old trader supplied a chemical material worth Rs 1.51 crore. Subsequently, the company of Viramgam paid a few rupees, demanding rupees. The rest of the money was starting to show excuses. So that the elderly found the fact that the owners of the company in which the chemical material supplied the chemical material has been cheated with three other traders. Subsequently, an old trader of Narol has lodged a complaint against a pair of thugs and two sons of Viragam Company at Narol police station.
Harnesh Mehta (54), who lives with his family in the satellite area of the city, runs a family farm by trading chemicals in Narol’s Sudama Estate. In the year 2021, the old owner of the company was introduced to the owners of the company who made the tissue paper of Viragam through his recognized person. After which the business relations between the two traders began.
Narol’s Deep Chemical Company has paid Rs. 1.51 crore chemicals were sold for the year 2022. From then till today, the father-son gang of the company of Viragam has begun to show excuses for the money of the old dealer. Later, the old trader of Narol had offered a bang and sent a legal notice against the thug father of the company and his two sons by e-mail and RPAD. The frightened accused came to meet the elder and promised to pay a loan and paid half of the penalty.
It is worth mentioning that in this regard, an old trader investigated that the pair of thugs running a company in Viramgam found that the same kind of material was not paid by the other traders. The elderly assembled the other three traders who were the victim in this regard and the elderly paid a total of Rs. Police have launched an investigation after lodging a complaint of Rs 4.5 crore.
