Spain’s Mango strengthens digital strategy with the new AI stylist

Spanish fast-fashion retailer Mango has launched a common stylist, operated by a leading Artificial Intelligence (AI), a leading virtual assistant, which aims to offer customers to confuse more personal, easy and online shopping experiences to customers.

Initially Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Turki and America are available for Woman Line, tool offers mango e-commerce platforms and a conjunct product suggestions, full organization ideas, and tendency insight through a communist interface on the mango e-commerce platform and Instagram account.

Spanish fashion retailer Mango has launched a general AI-manual virtual assistant, mango stylist for its female line available in Europe and America. Sensible through its e-commerce site and Instagram, tool offers individual styling and trend insights. Integrated with the iris assistant of the mango, it supports pre -procure and post -purchase questions. The launch aligns with the Mango’s strategy of 2024–2026.

“This innovative tool is the result of close collaboration in our IT, data, digital products, styling, design, visual merchandising and customer service teams and is part of our strategic plan 2024-2026, which is to make price through technological development, data management and artificial intelligence and operational excellence through the earn-earning column.”

The mango stylist is fully integrated with the company’s current sales assistant, iris.
