Ahmedabad: Important news is coming up with students of standard 10. There is a demand for two separate books of mathematics in standard 10 next year. The Gujarat Education has been introduced in the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. The Board has been introduced to separate the basic mathematics and standard math subject books in standard 10.
Currently, students of standard 10 study standard and basic mathematics from the same book. From the new academic year, different books are being considered for both mathematics. In this regard, a member of Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board J V Patel said that this year, about 78 thousand students will give a standard mathematical test on the subject of mathematics. While more than 7 lakh students will take the exam for basic mathematics. Students of basic mathematics subjects are selected to easily pass in mathematics. Given the more inclination towards the basic mathematics, the basic and standard mathematics books have been presented on the board to prepare separate. Importantly, the mathematics subject is currently taught in a single book in standard 10. So that students who do not have to study standard mathematics have to study. So if there are two different books, then other students who want to take standard and basic mathematics can benefit. As well as students who do not want to study standard mathematics, as well as in their next career, they are clear that if they do not want to go ahead with such a topic, different books can be more useful for them. Suggestions will be made before this matter. In this regard, the books have to be separated separately so that all aspects can be considered and a decision can be made.
