Bihar Land Changes: The Bihar government has taken an important step to bring transparency to land related matters in the state. In this episode, the Revenue and Land Reforms Department has taken a serious stance on the arbitrary rejection of filing filing. In fact, for the last few days, complaints from various districts of the state have been receiving complaints that the applications for dismissal filing were being rejected on a large scale without any obvious reason.
Joint Secretary issued suggestions
In view of these complaints, the joint secretary of the department has issued a letter that from now on, the concerned officer (CO) has to clear the entire cause of any application. Also, this information will be made compulsory to the writ (land owner or applicant).
Written reasons will be mandatory
According to the information, it is mandatory to provide written reasons for each rejected application. This copy of the cause will be sent to Ryet individually or by registered post/messenger. Reject any filing dismissal without any solid and valid reason. All DMS has been notified to ensure 100 percent compliance.

Order is not complied with
Explain that the department had earlier ordered a clear order that the filing dismissal application would not be canceled without giving any reason. While this order is not properly followed at the level of the ground. More than 50 thousand applications are pending
More than 50,000 applications related to filing the zones of Zone Offices in various districts of Bihar are pending. Many of these requests are that more than 75 days have passed, but no decision has been made yet.

It is necessary to give solid and valid reasons
