Do you believe that ‘The Kerala Story’ and ‘Bastar: The Naxal Story’ have been your career turning films?

Yes, I agree with this. As the highest grossing female lead film in India, it is a turning point for my career. Now I have become a domestic name and have found a permanent place in the hearts of people. I played challenging roles in these films.

Like Hollywood, can female centric films in Bollywood be betting up to 1000 crores?

This will depend on who is the female lead. What is the script, who is the director and there are many other factor. All these aspects are necessary to make a person a man or a female, to make the film a hit. It is not right to compare with Hollywood. They also have a big budget for female centric films. However, now in Bollywood, there are big bets on actresses.

Do you believe that every woman, especially those who work in big cities, should learn self -defense?

In both big cities and small cities. Many rape cases are also reported in small cities. I hope that it can be a part of the course of education and young girls should be taught self -defense. So that he can defend himself under any circumstances.

What message would you like to give to women of the country on Women’s Day?

I wish and pray that women also get freedom and freedom of thinking.

What projects do you have in the coming time, in terms of music videos or films?

I have a film ‘Tumko Meri Kasam’ which is based on women empowerment. It is set in the 70s, so it is a period film. It is directed by Vikram Bhatt, who directed my debut film ‘1920’. In addition, I am working on three Hindi films and two South Films.

What was the most challenging role in the career so far. In which film did you have to kill your whole life?

‘1920’ was my debut film, as I had to act as a ghost in it. In real life, I never felt myself. Apart from this, I was once playing a dancer in ‘Sunflower 2’. I have some hesitation in real life, but as ‘Rosie’ I had to work very openly with my body language and dialogues. ‘Rosi’ is completely different from real life and then ‘The Kerala Story’ was a life -time role for me.

What difference did you show when working in South and North. Where does more scope look?

‘The Kerala Story’ was a Hindi film, with 40 percent of Malayalam. Producer Vipul Shah is Gujarati and director Sudipto Sen is Bengali. It proved to be India’s highest grossing female film. So which industry film is this? For me, I have done films in both South and North and I have got some very good roles, as well as very popular and love. So I consider myself a pan India actress.

Which genre do you like to see and do the most?

Period movies, action, comedy, drama. I love all Johnrs. I want to do all kinds of films. Although my next two films are romantic, after which I am going to do a big action film and then there is also a biopic drama.

Have you been approached for a biopic?

Yes, I am very excited for two films. I have not come in the acting field from inside this industry. I think it is only the love of the audience, blessings and Best wishes that I am getting such a great opportunity. Just as I do for all my projects, I will also announce the biopic project with a trailer.
