A shocking incident of misconduct with Sagira in the Bodakdev area of Ahmedabad has been reported. In which a young man used to take Sagira to an unacceptable place and later form a relationship with her. Police have arrested an accused in view of the seriousness of the incident. Against which legal work has been carried out.
Ahmedabad: The name of the young man appearing in police custody is Dhawal Bharwad. The accused is only 19 years old, but at such a young age he has made a minor. This is the incident of Hebatpur coming to Bodakdev police station area. The 16 -year -old Sagira studies in standard eight, a year ago she was introduced to Dhawal Bharwad and a love affair was formed between the two. Dhawal shepherd often called Sagira to an unwanted place in the village. Where there was often a body relationship with Sagira. However, in January, Sagira realized that she was pregnant, she informed her lover Dhawal Bharwad, after which Dhawal Bharwad broke his relationship with Sagira.
Sagira’s mother went to the hometown of Uttar Pradesh and six months ago. They had four daughters and three sons in the offspring, leaving the youngest daughter to their other sons, and they were suspected of seeing the returning daughter three days ago. Sagira did not respond when they questioned her suspected of being pregnant.
However, Sagira was later taken to Sola Civil Hospital with abdominal pain where she gave birth to a baby girl. After that, the mother questioned Sagira, shockingly. Sagira told her mother the fact that she came in contact with a young man named Bacha Thakor two years ago, who had repeatedly committed misconduct with Sagira, though a year ago, Sagira wasfriended her and Dhawal Bharwad had repeatedly committed misconduct. Finally, a crime has been registered against Bacha Thakor and Dhawal Bharwad at Bodakdev police station under sections including Poxo and Dhawal Bharwad has been arrested.
It is worth mentioning that the teams have been hired to catch this but the bacha Thakor is still absconding. Police, on the other hand, have launched a further investigation by taking the DNA sample of the accused arrested to find out who Sagira’s daughter was born. The father of the child who gave birth to the boy will be against the medical report.
