Ahmedabad: Over the past few days, fire accidents have increased in the city due to the heat. And due to the fire in highrised buildings, people’s lives are stuck and the scenes of rescuing young children from such buildings are also facing. The Ahmedabad District Education Officer has come to the action of such a fire accident and has issued notices to 10 schools without fire NOC. In view of the incidents of fire accidents, the schools have been ordered to check wiring, to take security measures in the laboratory running in schools.

Heat mercury in the city is rising day by day and Ahmedabad temperature has reached 43 degrees. At that time, the district education officer of Ahmedabad village has been ordered to check the wiring of all schools.

During the summer season, Ahmedabad district is experiencing extreme heat along with the entire state. The probability of fire incidents, including electric short circuits, is more likely to occur for various reasons. As part of the precaution, the DEO has been instructed by the DEO to test all the power equipment of the school as well as the full wiring and to prevent any incidents of short circuit. It is said to be repaired immediately if any defect is found by the maintenance of the proper electrical system, the use of circuit breakers and fuses, good insulation and overloading circuit to prevent short circuit in schools. Fire safety equipment in the school is in the current condition, and its expiry date has also been asked to do a special test. If any untoward incident happens due to any negligence of the school, action will be taken according to the rules.

Moreover, Ahmedabad district district education officer Rohit Chowdhury has issued notice to 10 schools, including 9 primary schools and one high school. Although fire NOC should be mandatory in all schools, these schools do not have a fire NOC so that the district education officer has been ordered to be present to disclose these schools. At the same time, instructions have been given to all schools to get an electrical audit.
