According to the complaint filed by a young woman in Ahmedabad, she has three siblings in the family. On August 22, 2022, the complainant Prahlad Nagar joined a private company at a private company at Fourth Road. Akash Chowdhury, who was working as a field engineer at the company, met at the office and after which the two often released from the job and met at Prahlad Nagar Garden. Due to which the friendship was formed between the two.

Once they met at Prahlad Nagar Garden, Akash Chowdhury proposed to the complainant and said that the complainant said that he would stay in a relationship till he was married to marry him. In September 2022, the complainant went to Krishna Hotel on SG Highway, where Akash had taken away a physical relationship with the Akash, where he was going to the hotel every 15 days and where Akash was in a relationship with the complainant, after the marriage of Anandnagar.

In December 2022, Akash Chowdhury told the complainant that his parents had found a girl and parents would have to marry the place where he says. However, Akash went to his hometown of Bihar to speak to the complainant and returned to the family, and he did not believe in his marriage and if he married the complainant, he refused to marry the complainant saying that his parents would be poisoned. On February 10, 2023, the complainant found out that Akash had married the girl in her hometown and that if Akash had come to Ahmedabad, she told the complainant that she would divorce her wife and marry her.

Akash also spoke to the complainant about the divorce with his family members. From December 2023 to December 2024, Akash rented a room in a society near Vejalpur and repeatedly called the complainant. Meanwhile, Akash had a physical relationship with the complainant several times and has not yet divorced his wife and did not even marry the complainant. In December 2024, Akash went to his hometown saying that his hometown was going to divorce at Bihar, and continued to talk to the complainant for a while and guaranteed that he would return and marry the complainant.

On the night of March 28, 2025, the sky phoned the complainant, ‘I was hobbies with you. I have no one to marry you anymore and if I complain, I will see you ‘. The Akash later stopped withdrawing the complainant’s phone and informed the family that the Akash had committed a misdemeanor after luring the complainant to marry him, and a complaint has been filed against Akash Chowdhury at Bodakdev police station. Bodakdev police have registered a crime in this regard and have taken action for the arrest of the accused.
