The woman Talati cum minister of the Mamlatdar office of Ghatalodia Memnagar in Ahmedabad and her administration sought bribe from a man in 2016 and 2017, which the complainant filed a petition in the ACB. The ACB has now registered a crime after 9 years in this regard.
Ahmedabad: The woman’s Talati cum minister of the Mamlatdar office of the city’s Ghatlodia Memnagar and its administration demanded a bribe of Rs 15 lakh in exchange for removing the order of the land case in 2016 and 2017. The deal was fixed at Rs 13 lakh at the end of Rakzak. The application was made in the ACB nine years ago. The ACB has thoroughly investigated all scientific evidence and the ACB has reported a bribe against Talati cum minister Nayanaben Shitole and his administrator Mahmandamia alias Kalumiya Sheikh.
If we talk in detail about the incident, the person living in the city and running a cafe was the land owned by him. Due to the old condition land, in 2016, the then woman of the Ghatlodia Memnagar Mamlatdar office forbid a copy of the land transfers. Since then the business was shocked to remove the order. Meanwhile, the trader met with the administrator of the women Talati and initially demanded a bribe of Rs 15 lakh to be removed by Talati Com Minister Nayanaben Shitol.
However, at the end of Rakzak, the deal was fixed at 13 lakh in 2016. Subsequently, Mahmandamia alias Kalumiya Sheikh, the administrator of the women’s Talati, took cash from the merchant for Rs 5 lakh in the year 2016. Later, on August 18, 2017, the merchant’s cafe shop took another Rs 8 lakh.
It is worth mentioning that the merchant filed a petition in the ACB nine years ago, without removing the order in the land. After thorough investigating the application by the ACB, the Minister of Women Talati Com Minister Nayanaben Shitol, who is currently serving in the Bawala Gram Panchayat and has registered a bribe against his administrator Mahmandamia alias Kalumiya Sheikh.
