A celebrity managing company has recently lodged a complaint against the company of energy drinks in the case of fraud with 25 celebrities including Ankita Lokhande, Ayush Sharma, Tejashwi Prakash, Karan Kundra, Jai Bhanushali. It is alleged that the company got several celebs advertised for energy drinks but did not pay them. The company owes one and a half crore rupees of celebs.
Roshan Gary of Celebrities Managing Company has lodged a complaint against 5 accused Tanish Chidja, Manu Srivastava, Faisal Rafiq, Abdul and Hrithik Panchal at Mumbai’s Chembur police station.

In the complaint, Roshan Gary has told that he runs an ad company, who conducts collabing with popular celebrities for programs and advertising. In July 2024, he received a call from a man, who said that he wants to collab with 25 celebrities for an energy drink brand. For this contract, he had said to give 10 lakh rupees advance. The person also sent a receipt of Rs 10 lakh, but no payment was received in the complainant’s account.

After some time, the accused approached him again and said that celebrities are required at a party to be held in Dadar. On behalf of the celebrities managing company, about 100 celebs including Arjun Bijlani, Abhishek Bajaj, Harsh Rajput attended the party of Dadar, where 25 celebs were selected for the promotion of energy drinks. For this, the total payment was fixed at Rs 1 crore 32 lakh.
After some time, the accused party sent a picture of a check of Rs 15 lakh to the Celebrity Managing Company, with which it was said that this amount will soon be deposited in their account. For this, the company gave a deadline of 35 days. With this confidence, the brand started shooting an ad with celebs and also started promoting the brand with those eds.
Under the collabobation deal, all celebs of the brand were also uploaded on their social media platforms. The company had given two checks of 2 lakh and 90 thousand for Dadar’s party, but both of them were bounced when they were sent to the bank. When the company approached the brand, the reply was received that according to local currency exchange, 22.5 lakh rupees have been transferred from Dubai, although no amount came to the company’s account after 2 days.
The company gave a check of 6.5 lakhs to Tejashwi Prakash and 1.25 lakh to Adrija Roy, but he too bounced. On 18 October 2024, the accused company gave two checks of 35 lakh and 45 lakh rupees and said that they will be deposited in 2 days. The company had already made an advance payment of Rs 35 lakh to all celebs including Jai Bhanushali, Bhumika Gurung, Ankita Lokhande, Ayush Sharma, Sana Sultan, Kushal Tandon. However, later the check of 80 lakh rupees of the accused company was also bounced.

Actress Riddhima Pandit also posted an ad shoot for the brand in September.

According to the complainant, in total, the artists were cheated by Rs 1.32 crore and Rs 16.91 lakh from the private fund of Roshan Binder. Following his complaint, a case has been registered against five persons, including a resident of Madhya Pradesh and the Mumbai Police is currently investing the case.
