Now place both hands on the back of the breath on the waist and pull both hands slightly backwards. Then lean the upper part of the body from the waist to the back. After making this position for 10-15 seconds, bring back the upper part of the body to leave the breath. Then place both hands near the Thai and assemble both legs. Do this posture 3-4 times daily. Doing this posture relieves the problem of respiratory problems as well as waist and shoulders.

Do not force any exercise. Otherwise there may be other problems in the body. Also, when exercising, keep the yoga expert or yoga instructor together. Do any exercises in the beginning 4-5 times.
