Ayurveda shows many boils and herbal tea, which can strengthen the body’s immune system and provide relief in cold-cough. These boils are completely natural, Ayurvedic and chemical-free, so that there is no side effect. So let’s know an effective boil for cold cough. Which you can easily make at home.
Materials needed to make boils:
– Tulsi leaf – 7-8 –
Ginger – 1 inch piece –
Black pepper – 4-5
– Clove – 2-3
– Cinnamon – 1 small piece
– Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
– round or honey – according to taste
– lemon juice – 1 teaspoon (optional)
– water – 2 cups
Method of making a boil:
1. First add 2 cups of water to a pan and heat it on a slow heat.
2. Add basil leaves, ginger, black pepper, cloves and cinnamon to it.
3. Now boil it on a low heat for 7-8 minutes, so that all herbs juice is well in the water.
4. Then add turmeric powder and molasses (or honey) and boil 2-3 minutes.
5. When the water remains half, turn off the gas and sore the boil.
6. Now add lemon juice to it and drink gently hot.
How does this boil work?
It has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties, which relieves sore throat and cold-cough. Anti-inflammatory ingredients contained in ginger reduce throat swelling and enhance the immune system. Black pepper helps open the nose and keeps the body warm. Cloves have anti-bacterial properties, which protect against infection. Cinnamon reduces sore throat and helps to clean the mucus. Curcumin elements contained in turmeric reduce inflammation in the body and fight infection. When honey or circular throat relieves the throat and also improves the boiling taste. Lemon contains vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system.
How to boil?
When you feel cold or cold, drinking this boil 2 times a day (morning and night) will benefit more. Drink it on an empty stomach or 30 minutes after baking. If you have excess fever or more cough, need a doctor’s advice.
