We all need some sweetness in life, but the body doesn’t need so much sweetness! Diabetes has become very common in India due to improper food nowadays, and now India is also known as ‘Diabetes Capital’. But when diagnostic diagnosis is afraid, it seems that everything has to change and the fun is over. Many people do not even examine blood because of fear. But the good thing is, manage diabetes so you do not have to give up everything. With a few changes, you can control your health and eat delicious food. According to the dietitian, we love bread and rice and the good thing is that you don’t have to leave it. It is important to choose wisely. Ragi, millet and sorghum are excellent options for white rice and wheat flour. These grains are full of fibers, which help to slow down digestion and prevent blood sugar from growing. You can easily eat millet bread instead of white rice or even eat breakfast rabini.
Like different colors of life, our plate should be full of vegetables! The spinach, fenugreek and sarga are full of nutrients and help control blood sugar. The more colorful you will get, the more nutritious you will find. All of these vegetables help to manage diabetes and also make food tasty. We often hurt ourselves and do not eat things. But good to eat a little bit. Eat always with love and balance.
For protein, you can eat lentils, chickpeas and tofu. And in the summer, don’t forget especially Sattu! Drink, add a fiber and protein -rich sattle to the buttermilk, get cold and be full of stomach. Diabetes does not have to eat fruit, but to be careful. Apples, pears, berries are good because they have low sugar and high fiber. Do not drink fruit juice because it increases sugar. Eat nuts, walnuts, chia seeds with fruit. Eat a little bit of sweetness. Drink plenty of water with this! Water is the Best option and you can drink herbal tea as well. It may seem difficult to control the diabetes initially, but if you take a little caring, it will be easier.
