After this, the investors were given information about the interest and returns and made them invest money in multi-level marketing. Pratij office opened to get its rent agreement. Documents including accounts, books of how many investors were collected by the agent Nikeshbhai Patel in Pratij office are to be obtained.”

Further, the public prosecutor said, “BZ had created a website called International Broking Net. The website has now been closed. In addition, were any gifts given? Did you do a foreign tour? It has to be investigated. So the accused should be remanded.”

On the other hand, it was argued on the part of the accused that, “All these issues have been investigated earlier, all the details that were known have been told to the police, there is no need for the presence of the accused in the matter for which the police is seeking remand for investigation, so the court The remand should be cancelled.” After the presentation of both the parties, the court has accepted the remand of the accused for three days.
