When the idea of a drinking tree seems unusual, the maple manufacturers of NT Natario are hoping to turn maple water into the next global.
Many maple syrups are familiar with the rich sweetness, boiling thick, amber fluid under the powning of maple trees. However, many are unaware that the SP itself is repeatedly or boiled in the syrup-a fresh low sugar can be enjoyed as a drink.
This drink, known as maple water, is clear, slightly sweet (which has only two percent natural sugar), and NT is gaining popularity in the Natario and the wide Canadian market.
In the NT Natario, where the maple syrup industry blooms, some maple farmers are taking initiative to the new market.
One such company is SAP Sucker, which was founded in 2015 by the Deep Vanda -origin NT Natario family in Maple Farming.
SAP Sakar’s senior business development manager Alex Argiropaulos shares the story of his composition, explaining how many maple farmers have grown up in drinking maple water.
“Founder, Nancy Chapman, was raised at a small family farm where they would only tap the trees for personal use. They papped straight from the bucket before boiling in the syrup, “he said.
“And so, when Nancy wanted to start a business, she thought, ‘We always drink it from the bucket before we boil it. How can we make something out of this? “
The idea of selling maple SAP as drinks in Verage Natario is not completely new, however, it comes with significant challenges to turn it into a mass market.
Maple SAP is destroyed, especially runs only 48 hours before wasting, which makes it a barrier to any manufacturer aiming to bring it to a wider audience. But with the right devices and future vision, SAP Sucker is able to operate it.

Since 2020, companies like them have received traction in Canada and abroad.
From France to Japan, Canada and internationally, Sap Sucker’s maple water is available, attributed to its position as a “hygienic alternative” for sugar drinks like coconut water. “People prefer a clean, fresh taste, there is no delay as stevia or synthetic sweeteners give you.”
Meanwhile, white grass farms in the Niagara area are looking potentially in the maple syrup farm-butper water in water.
Nevertheless, the farm focuses on maple syrup production, White Medo Farm’s partner Amanda Bearing says maple water can be a drink with consumer education globally.
“Outside of Canada, how maple syrup is made is not widely known and it comes from the maple tree. So I think if you are trying to sell it globally, where it comes from, and what it is and what its health benefits, “explains the bearing.
He added, “People often do not realize that maple sp is very sweet, with sugar content of 2 percent and four percent, so it is not like drinking.”
Vice President of Money and Performance at SAP Sakar tells Giankola Global that the possibility of complementing the maple water market and benefiting the economy is clear. However, like all new industries, it will take time and investment in the scale.
“Customers do not need what water is from the tree,” says Giankola. However, he believes that companies like SAP Sucker are tapping into a unique structure that does not offer other global drink brands.

The NT Natario’s maple syrup industry is already rich – the province produces some of the Best maple syrup in the world, with NT Natario accounted for a significant portion of Canada’s maple syrup export.
“Maple production maple industry, NT Natario supports the economy and ensures that our supply chain is completely Canadian based,” says Giancola.
He added, “With everything on the tariff, we are looking at many additional support for Canadian production.”
In terms of scalability, both Giancola and Argiropaulos are optimistic about the fate of maple water.
They believe that as more people are aware of it, especially in urban centers, the market will continue to expand. “We are already seeing growth in national retailers. Consumers are now looking for this kind of natural, organic and healthy products and we fit there, “says Giankola.
However, there are still challenges to remove. By processes such as filtration and pasteurization, the devices required to create a mple SAP shelf-station come with high initial costs. “For maple farmers, it’s a big clear investment,” says Argiroplos.
While the fate of Maple Water is still boiled, the NT Natario will play a central role in the development of the industry.
With the rich national history of maple syrup production and fresh turn on the old tradition, NT Natario’s maple water can be the choice of major drinks in many homes a day.
Maple water has found whether coconut water can rival global popularity.
However, with local manufacturers such as SAP Sucker and White Medo Farms, with the support of the increasing number of farmers and NT -based farmers about innovative products, it is clear that the maple water trend has just begun.
“It’s a big thing next,” Bearing said.
