Bihar Election 2025: The Election Commission has intensified its preparations for the Bihar assembly elections. It is believed that the election dates will be announced in the next three to four days. The Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) has arrived in Patna for review with his team. They will return to Delhi after stock of preparations and announce dates soon.
Preparation for election in the final stages
After special intensive research (SIR), the Election Commission announced a list of final voters on September 30. On the same day, district election officials in all the districts met with representatives of accredited political parties and gave them a soft and hard copy of the electoral list.
Then on October 1, the Election Commission’s Manish Garg held a high -level meeting through video conferencing. Bihar CEO Vinod Singh Gunjial and police officer Kundan Krishnan joined the meeting.
In this meeting, information was taken on issues such as booth management, security, voter awareness and training of election workers.

What will the team do 4-5 October Catber
Under the leadership of Chief Election Commissioner Dyanesh Kumar, the entire Election Commission has reached Patna on a two -day visit to stock the preparations for the Bihar Assembly elections. He is accompanied by Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi. The team will review the preparations for state elections.
A high-level meeting will be held at the Taj Hotel at 10:00 am on October 4th. At this meeting, all the major political parties in Bihar, BJP, JDU, RJD, Congress have been invited to hear their suggestions and complaints. Election dates are likely to be announced immediately after the tour.
