Disha died on June 8, 2020, falling from a building in Malad, Mumbai.
Satish Salian, father of Disha Salian, former manager of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has demanded a fresh investigation into Disha’s death. For this, he filed a petition in the Bombay High Court on Wednesday.
The petition urged to register an FIR against Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray and hand over the investigation to CBI. It is alleged that Disha was murdered after a gang rape.
On June 8, 2020, Disha fell from the 14th floor of Malad area of Mumbai. The police described it as suicide. At that time, the father of Disha considered the investigation as satisfactory.
BJP leader Nitesh Rane accused Disha of killing him three years ago after gangrape. However, in the direction, the parents had filed a case against Nitesh, saying a conspiracy to defame the daughter.
Now Disha’s father says that he was forced to accept the evidence presented by the police by arrest. In the petition, Suraj Pancholi, Dino Morya and Mumbai Police have also been made serious allegations.
Politics in Maharashtra has intensified following the petition of Disha’s father. Cabinet Minister Nitesh Rane said, “Aditya Thackeray should resign from the post of MLA and face investigation.”
Shiv Sena (UBT) expressed apprehension of conspiracy
The Shiv Sena (UBT) has suddenly expressed a possibility of conspiracy behind raising the case again. Party spokesperson and former Mumbai mayor Kishori Pednekar said, ‘There is a conspiracy behind it. After more than four years, how did this matter come into the limelight. SIT is already formed to investigate the case.
At the same time, Maharashtra cabinet minister Nitesh Rane reiterated the allegations leveled in his former. He said- I have been saying from day one that Disha Salian has been murdered. CCTV footage was disappeared and pages of the Visitor register of the society were torn.
Rane has demanded CBI inquiry
Nitesh Rane has made many allegations before this. Due to this, he also demanded a CBI investigation. About 2 years ago, Rane said, ‘Disha had sought help on Dial 100 and told everything. The police will definitely have information, as it was a recorded call.
He had said, ‘The Mumbai Police could not help him, so he also gets a question. I am giving a lead. It should be investigated by CBI. If CBI wants, I am ready to help them.
Earlier, Nitesh Rane wrote a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah demanding the security of Disha’s boyfriend Rohan Rai. He wrote that Rohan’s statement will be very important to investigate Disha and Sushant death. This can open many links because it is fully sure that the connection of both of them is connected.
Rane raised the case 3 years ago
Nitesh Rane made several allegations about the death of Disha Salian about 3 years ago. Rane also linked with the sacked police officer Sachin Waje, who was jailed in the Antilia case through social media posts.

Disha had a party before death
A video of her was revealed a few days after Disha’s death. Media reports claimed that the video was one hour before his death. In the video, Disha is seen dancing with her friends.
Disha’s boyfriend Rohan is also seen in the video. Disha looks quite happy in the video. It was claimed that Disha posted the video in the WhatsApp group of friends at 11:48 pm on 8 June, 2020. After about an hour, he committed suicide.
After the video surfaced, questions arose as to why she did suicide when she was so happy. However, there was no official confirmation of any kind about the video.
Professionally, direction was under much pressure
Police sources claimed that Disha Salian was professionally under great pressure. Due to this, he committed suicide. According to sources, ‘Disha’s companions were getting very good clients, but her performance was not going well. Because of which she was very upset. For this reason, his friends had a party, so that the mood of the direction could be good.
