To increase the taste and help digest, you can also add roasted mustard, green chillies, ginger, curry leaf and hinge to the ghee or sesame oil. Also, roasted peanuts or pomegranate seeds can be a good option for protein and crunch. Adding a piece of raw mango on top improves its taste.
