Ahmedabad: Nowadays, back pain problem is more common among young people. The main reason behind it is the changing lifestyle and the market food and drink. Then it is necessary to do yoga to remove or get relief from this back pain problem. Talking to yoga therapist Sonu Singh said that today the problem of back pain has become common among people. Many reasons are responsible for this, such as busy lifestyle, eating and drinking, sedentary life, sitting and standing in a bad position. If it is not diagnosed at the right time, the person becomes a victim of serious illness later on. So one should do some exercises as per the advice of doctor or surgeon.

Simple Ultrasound: The last position of this asana is called Ushtrasana simply because it resembles a camel. To do this asana first sit in Vajrasana position. Then stand on the knees and keep shoulder distance between both feet. Also, keep shoulder distance between the two feet. Now while inhaling move the right hand upwards and while exhaling move the hand backwards and place it on the waist. Similarly, place the left hand behind the waist. Now while inhaling bend the body backwards from the waist.

Also try to pull your head back. So your neck will feel a bit tight. After holding this position for 5-10 seconds, exhale and come back to the original position. So do this asana 3-4 times daily. Do not do this asana with any haste or jerk. By doing this asana, most of the body parts like knees, kidneys, small intestine, liver, chest, lungs, neck are simultaneously affected. So it is beneficial in problems of breathing, liver, legs, shoulders, hands etc.

Shashankasana: To do shashankasana first sit in vajrasana position. Then take both hands up towards the sky while inhaling. Now, while exhaling, bend the body forward from the abdomen. Also make a position where both hands are parallel to the ground. After staying in this position for 8-10 seconds, slowly come back to the original position while inhaling. Doing this type of asana 3-4 times a day calms the mind and strengthens digestion. It also improves blood circulation in the brain.

Apart from this, the pain in the back of a person is also removed, the brightness of the eyes increases, anger is removed. Not only this, the gaseous nature of the body is also removed. While doing this asana, special attention should be paid to the fact that a person who has knee, back or cervical problems should do this asana as per the advice of a doctor or surgeon.

Margery Asan: Sit in Vajrasana position to perform this asana. Then bend forward with the support of both your hands. At this point, keep shoulder distance between your toes and knees. Also keep the head straight so that it is parallel to the ground. Now while inhaling pull the body down from the waist and pull the head up. After staying in this position for 8-10 seconds, while exhaling, pull the body upwards from the waist and try to touch the head downwards i.e. the chin to the chest. Stay in this position for 8-10 seconds and return to the original position. Try to do this asana 3-4 times regularly. This removes the problem related to neck, back, spine etc. and makes the body flexible.

Be careful

Do not force any exercise. Otherwise, other problems may arise in the body. Also have a yoga expert or yoga instructor with you while exercising. Initially do any exercise 4-5 times. In addition, if any other serious problem related to back pain is found, seek treatment as per the doctor’s advice.
