US President Donald Trump has begun a large scale. The situation has reached such an extent that they are not complying with court orders. The United States has now sent about 200 alleged gang members to Al Salvador jail. In the US, a federal judge temporarily stopped deportation under the rights of the 18th -century war time, but Trump has clearly refused to comply with the orders.
What a “constitutional crisis”?
Donald Trump has sent hundreds of alleged Venezuelan gang members from the United States to Al Salvador’s prisons. This is the recent conflict between the judiciary and the White House in the United States. The court ordered a temporary block on the deportation of 200 alleged gang members. At that time the planes had flew. When the Trump administration was accused of disobeying a court order, officials said that the plane was already in the international water, Trump’s critic, national security lawyer Mark S. Zaid wrote on X that Trump could eventually face impeachment. Trump announced the use of the 18th century law to speed up the deportation. Hours later, US District Judge James E Bossberg issued an order to block the move on Saturday. But the lawyers informed them that two migrant planes had already flew for Al Salvador and Honduras. The bossberg ordered a verbal order to return the planes, but obviously this was not done, and the judge’s written order did not include instruction.
What did the White House say?
The White House, which is the official residence and office of the US President. Press Secretary Carolin Levite responded to speculation as to whether the administration was violating the court’s orders. “The administration did not refuse to comply with the court order,” he said. The order has no legal basis and it was issued ‘TDA’ foreign terrorists after removing the US region. TDA refers to the ‘Train de Aragua’ gang which Trump targeted his declaration on Saturday.
The law used in the 18th century
The Trump administration announced on Saturday that it would use the 18th -century law, stating that a gang of Venezuela was invading in the United States and the administration has new powers to deport its members. Trump announced the implementation of the 1798 ‘Alien Anemies Act’. It was claimed that Venezuela’s gang ‘Train de Aragua’ was invading America. This law has given the President the widespread freedom to take policy and business measures to accelerate the massive deportation. This law has been used only three times in American history and also only during the war. It was previously used during World War II. At that time it was used to imprison the German and Italians as well as to a mass detention to Japanese-American citizens.
