  According to information provided by the Meteorological Department, the highest temperature in Gujarat was 42.8 degrees in Surendranagar on Wednesday. With this, Bhuj recorded 42.4 degrees and Rajkot 42.3 degrees. In Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Amreli, Keshod, Porbandar, Nalia and Deesa, the maximum temperature was recorded at more than 41 degrees. Surat recorded a temperature of 40 degrees.
