Harvard University announced that it will now provide free tuition to students whose families make 000 200,000 or less every year.

San. Bernie Sanders, I-VT, commented on the advertisement and said that more schools need to follow Harvard’s move.
“10 years ago, when I introduced a bill for public colleges and universities to make tuition-free, it was called ‘radicals’. Not today more than 100 colleges and universities now offer free tuition to working class students.”
“Now, we should expand that idea to all public colleges and universities.”
The extended program will allow about 86% of the families of the United States to be eligible for Harvard College financial support, the school announced, “Each enrolled undergraduate student extends its commitment to provide them with the necessary resources to registration and graduate.”

In addition, students from families with income of 000 200,000 will also be eligible for financial assistance every year.
The average annual tuition for the Harvard student is 56,550, but with room, board and health services it is almost, 000 83,000.

“We know that the most talented students come from various socioeconomic backgrounds and experiences, experiences from every state and world,” Dean of Harvard College’s entry and financial assistance. “Our financial assistance is important to ensure that these students know that the Harvard Callage Legal is a place where they can be part of the vibrant education community strengthened by their presence and partnership.”
Harvard added that after launching the Harvard Financial Aid initiative in 2004, he has given more than $ 6.6 billion in undergraduate financial assistance.
