Shanni Chauhan, a young man, who was carrying ice lorry on the riverfront, was beaten and threatened by six persons. In the incident, a man claimed his name Karan and Instagram ID “007” as “grandfather here”. Sabarmati Riverfront West Police has launched a criminal investigation into the matter.
According to the details of the incident, Shanni Chauhan, who lives in Chandkheda, went to trade with her wife and sister -in -law at Sabarmati Riverfront two days ago. In the meantime, a young man sought four plastic spoons from Shanni. Even though Shanni refused to take the money, the young man was forced to leave for 20 rupees.
Six people killed cattle
After 12pm, six people came with a wooden stick on two activa and Shanni “Why did you get a spoonful of money from my friend?” He started a quarrel. Before Shanni said anything, the men started with her and beat her with a wooden stick. During the incident, people gathered around, which threatened one of these persons and said, “My name is Karan, my Insta ID 007, I am the grandfather here.” After this, all the men fled the scene.
Police conducted an investigation
Shanni Chauhan and her sister -in -law were injured in the attack, causing them to be shifted to the hospital for treatment. Sabarmati Riverfront West Police has registered a crime and started searching for the accused after the incident was reported to the police.
