Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Friday announced the arrest of the alleged train de Aragua (TDA) gang member from Venezuela.
Franklin Jose Jimenez-Bravo is the first person detained under the Alien Anemies Act, which President Donald Trump requested last week, officials said.
“Train de Aragua is a dangerous foreign terrorist organization that has invaded our soil,” said Todd Leons, who was flanked by FHP members at a news conference on Friday afternoon. “TD has infiltrated the US, its northern border, southern border and our waterways.
“Many of these members are cold bloody killers, rapists, thieves, drug traders, weapons smugglers and human smugglers. They are accused of the most deadly crimes committed within our neighbors and communities. They are being released in the United States.”

Leons has noted that Trump has committed a violent TDA gang members to hold as top priority.
“I am proud to say, in the last 48 hours, ICE, with our local partners and our other federal federal agencies, has arrested more than 68 gang members, terrorists from the United States.” “To date, we have arrested 394 terrorists of these. To urge Trump to be a fast-track deportation of the alien enemy of 1798
