The 60th graduation ceremony of IIM Ahmedabad was held. More than 630 students from different faculties were awarded. In an important statement made by IIM Director Professor Bharat Bhaskar on the occasion, IIM Ahmedabad is going to establish its first international campus in Dubai. He also announced that the first course of the Dubai campus will be launched in September 2025. Professor Bhaskar also announced the establishment of a new Madan Mohanka Case Method Education Center, which was endorsed by Madan Mohanka, a famous businessman and alumni of the PGP 1967 batch IIM.

The President of the UAE was the chief guest at the Vibrant Global Summit in 2024. At that time, the seeds of opening the International Center were planted in Dubai. The IIM Ahmedabad branch was talked about in Dubai.

It is worth mentioning that, the center was announced to run a special executive program. In addition to connecting with other countries of the special Middle East, the executive education program was also set up in view of special infrastructure and hospitality in the industries. It was also prepared to launch 100 different types of programs from three days to 6 months at the International Campus at that time.
