Italy’s Brunello Cucinelli posts record FY2025 revenue outlook, improves revenue outlook

Italian luxury house Brunello Cucinelli SpA has reported fiscal year 2025 (FY25) as a record year in terms of financial performance and brand image, upgrading its revenue outlook to growth of between 11 per cent and 12 per cent at constant exchange rates. At current exchange rates, revenue growth is expected to be around 10 percent, supported by strong sales momentum throughout the year.

The company said the fourth quarter (Q4) is likely to be ‘very positive’, with double-digit growth expected at stable exchange rates, in line with third quarter trends, despite the tough comparison base. Order volume remains strong, with the Fall/Winter 2026 women’s pre-collection presented in November receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from both multibrand customers and monobrand boutique managers. This follows a solid order book already secured for spring/summer 2026.

Italian luxury house Brunello Cucinelli has reported FY2015 as a record year, with revenue growth upgraded to 11-12 per cent at constant exchange rates and around 10 per cent at current rates. The company expects Q4, strong orders, positive Fall/Winter 2026 feedback, recognition and completion of the investments made in Italy, to support a continued 10 percent growth outlook for 2026.

The Fall/Winter 2026 women’s pre-collection, presented in November, received ‘particularly good feedback’ from multibrand customers and ‘extremely positive comments’ from monobrand boutique managers. Following a strong Spring/Summer 2026 order portfolio, the collection was deemed highly innovative ‘with a high level of creativity and innovation’. Based on current visibility, the company has confirmed projected revenue growth of approximately 10 percent for 2026, Brunello Cucinelli said in a press release.

On 1 December, the brand unveiled a major window takeover at Harrods in London, with 26 windows by 31 January, and the same evening, Brunello Cucinelli received the British Fashion Council’s ‘Outstanding Achievement Award’. On 4 December, the world premiere of Brunello: The Gracious Visionary, directed by Giuseppe Tornatore with music by Nicola Piovani, was held at Cinecittà in Rome.

“As 2025 comes to an end, we can look forward to a year of excellent results in terms of revenues, profits and a great image for the brand,” he said. Brunello Cucinelli, Executive Chairman and Creative Director. “This past year has been exceptionally generous to us, providing many blessings: as a company and as individuals, we have received a series of truly special recognitions that have filled us with joy and optimism for the years to come.”

“Our soft luxury has been recognized as a model of creativity through the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Award, which I was honored to receive from the British Fashion Council,” said Cucinelli.

Operationally, the company said it maintained flexibility despite a less dynamic global luxury market and the introduction of US tariffs, which led to price adjustments from the autumn/winter 2025 season without impacting customer behavior or brand perception. Retail continued to grow on a like-for-like basis, wholesale remained stable at approximately 400 top-tier global customers, and over 200 new employees were added during the year.

FY25 also marked the early completion of the 2024-2026 Made in Italy manufacturing plan, which includes the doubling of the Solomo factory and the completion of new outerwear facilities in Penne and Gubbio, strengthening production visibility to approximately 2035.
