“Madasvita Free Gujarat” Ahmedabad Civil Hospital OPD begins; Free will be found to be a diet plan
Ahmedabad: People’s lifestyle is changing and junk food is eating high, which is also increasing obesity. People work hard to lose VAT loss and fat, spend money and take gym and diet plans. Dietician OPD was launched at 1200 Bed Hospital at Ahmedabad Civil Hospital.
Ahmedabad Civil Hospital has launched an innovative initiative under the “Medaswita Free Gujarat” campaign organized by Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel all over the state. “DIETICIAN OPD” (Room No. G-025) has been launched at 1200 Bed Hospital of Ahmedabad Civil Hospital. Which will be operating every morning from 9:00 to 1:00 and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
With the intention of reducing obesity in this OPD, patients with NCD, malnourished baby and pregnant and breastfeeding women will be provided with proper diet guidelines, nutritional counseling and personal diet plans by a specialist dietitian. Proper guidance will also be given regarding reducing BMI (Body Mass Index).

Patients play an important role in improving their health, enhancing energy, and guidance towards balance. This service is completely free and open to all.

Civil Hospital Superintendent Dr. Rakesh Joshi has stated that the state of Gujarat is implemented by non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and obesity for awareness and proper nutrition guidance.
The initiative has been taken with the noble purpose of making this campaign more meaningful.
