The finale of Miss World will be held on 31 May.
The finale of Miss World 2025 will be held in Hyderabad on 31 May. All the contestants in India are wearing traditional weaving costumes of Telangana, which have been prepared by 723 special artisans. The special thing about these costumes is that they are made of real gold wires, which will have real pearls.
Miss World’s official designer Archana Kochhar has prepared a finale dress of all contestants. He has told in a conversation with Dainik Bhaskar that these costumes have been made like the royal dress of India. The Grand Finale will have 108 contestants, who will wear a total of 242 dresses. There will be a glimpse of Indian cultural heritage, women power. These will not be just dress, but will be in the form of a cultural document. This is an attempt to present India’s legacy to the world. However, the finale will be in the top-40 participants. These include Nandini Gupta of India.

723 artisans prepared dresses in a month
All costumes have been prepared by 723 artisans in a month with their hands. Tailing pattern sarees have been used. The 2024 Miss World Event’s Finale clothes in Mumbai were Indian-Western Mix, which was made from Jharkhand’s non-violence silk, but this time the costumes have been prepared by adding Telangana and the rest of India’s other handwork. They have been focused on regional weaving and artwork. According to Archana, all dresses are eco -friendly. They are prepared with natural dye, local fabric, zero waste pattern drafting, innovative draping style and handloom technology.
Nandini will wear a couure dress, in which Indian tradition will be seen
Archana said that Nandini Gupta, who is represented by the Finale event, will wear a cough dress. It has been prepared keeping in mind power, dignity and tradition. According to Archana, after this event, all the costumes will be displayed on Juhu Store and online platform. It will use the earnings made from Telangana and India’s weavers and women artisans.
