Police immediate action
In view of the seriousness of the case, the police started immediate action. City SP Kota Kiran Kumar said that the two accused have been identified as Mohammad Altaf of Sakra Police Station area and Shivnath, a resident of Padpur in Vaishali district. Police raided and arrested both. During the interrogation, the two have confessed to their crime. Police have also conducted a medical examination of the victim.
