A suicide blast has occurred in Madrasa in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan. In which 16 people have been killed. Haqqani and Mulla have blasted in the madrasa connected with Umar. The blast killed 16 people, including JUI-S leader Maulana Hamidul Haq Hakkani. The explosion occurred during Friday prayers in Madrassa-e-Hakkania in Akora Khattak. Shahab Ali Shah, the Chief Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has confirmed the death of Hamidul Haqqani, the head of Madrassa and the head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Sami Group).

16 people were killed and several injured in a suicide blast during Friday prayers at Darul Uloom Hakkania Madrasa in Akhura Khattak, Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Maulana Hamidul Haqqani, head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Si (JUI-S), also died in the attack. He was the son of Jui-S former head and ‘Taliban’s father’ Maulana Samuel Haqqani.

Darul Uloom Haqqania Madrassa is notorious for Islamic ideology and is considered to be the main center of education of the Taliban leaders. Following the attack, security has been tightened in the entire area.
