When family members gather or guests arrive, the first thought that comes to mind is to make a dish that is both trendy and tasty. Nowadays, children and adults are more fond of cheese dishes. Repeatedly making Paneer Tikka and Paratha dish does not refresh the taste. In such a situation green paneer tikka dish with a twist of paneer can be a great option. Note the easy way to make this dish.
Ingredients for Hariyali Paneer Tikka
- Take turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, garam masala and salt as needed.
- 2 cups paneer cubes (cut into small squares)
- 2 tablespoons of curd
- Half a cup of mint
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon gram flour
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Oil – as required
How to make Hariyali Paneer Tikka
To make this tasty dish first, wash coriander and mint leaves well and crush them in a mixer jar. Then add green chillies, ginger and garlic to it to make a smooth paste. Mix curd in a bowl. Add the prepared green mixture. Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, garam masala and salt to it. Add gram flour and lemon juice and blend until smooth. Gently mix the paneer cubes into the marinade so they don’t break. Cover the bowl and let it sit for about 30 minutes. This will allow the spices to dissolve well into the paneer. Heat a pan and spray some oil. Place the marinated paneer pieces on the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Once it starts to crunch, remove it to a plate. Drizzle some lemon juice over the prepared Green Paneer Tikka and serve hot.
