Not only that, in the name of his wife, three Vigha farming land was purchased in Maharashtra in the year 2017, later purchased in the joint name of his and wife Sheetalben in Dhule, Valwadi, 180 square meters of residential building in Maharashtra state. While Vijay Mali invested Rs 26 lakh in the bank jointly in the bank and in the post office, his disproportionate property and investment costs were Rs 1.3 crore, out of which Rs 31.6 lakh was more than Rs 31.6 lakh. The crime was registered in accordance with Article 13, 13 (1), 13 (1) (B) of the Corruption Prevention Act. Later, the case was investigated by ACPL Division Digvijay Singh Rana, which was handed over to Vijay Malina, a house in Ahmedabad and Khambhaliya.

It is worth mentioning that the accused policeman earlier served as a head constable at several police stations in Ahmedabad.
