Former Indian cricket team opener Shikhar Dhawan has invested in real estate. Shikhar has purchased a super luxury apartment in Gurugram. According to a CI Matrix report, it has bought an apartment worth Rs 69 crore in the DLF’s super luxury housing project.

Real Estate Data Analytics Firm CRE Matrix said that Dhawan has purchased a 6,040 square foot apartment in DLF’s new super-luxury project ‘The Dahlyas’ on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. The firm said the peak made the purchase on February 4, 2025.

The apartment that the peak has purchased is priced at Rs 65.61 crore and the stamp duty is said to be Rs 3.28 crore. In August last year, the DLF launched a 17-acre residential project ‘The Dahlyas’ in DLF Phase-5 of Gurugram, Haryana. It has 420 apartments and penthouses.

Talking about Shikhar Dhawan, this experienced batsman said goodbye to international cricket in October last year. Dhawan debuted in 2010. Dhawan has played 34 Tests, 167 ODIs and 68 T20 matches for India. He is also known as Gabbar.
Dhawan announced his retirement from all formats in August 2024. He made an ODI debut against Australia in Visakhapatnam in 2010 and played his last international match against Bangladesh in 2022. He played 34 Tests, 167 ODI and 68 T20 matches in his career.
