At this time it creates new cells, controls hormones, emits unnecessary items and regains energy. The body needs energy to work all this. If you leave a night meal, your body does not get the energy you need to do this necessary.
Instead of burning fat, your metabolism slows down and maybe even the muscles start to break, which makes you feel like weakness and lethargy the next day.
Leaving 2 night meals can cause severe appetite and can deteriorate sleep.
If you quit lunch at night, it may feel very hungry late at night. Because the body does not get enough food at night, so you try to eat more later. Often, when you can’t control your appetite, you eat more or eat more snacks. This can also deteriorate your sleep and you do not have a dense, comfortable sleep.
Being hungry at night can cause hormone balance in the body.
If you stop lunch at night, your body’s stress hormone (cortisol) increases, especially if you are tired of working all day. It also fluctuates blood sugar, causing hunger late at night. Gradually, this deteriorates the balance of ghrelin (appetite) and leptin (hunger), which causes you to feel hungry and not filled with stomach. When blood sugar decreases at night, sleeping hormone melatonin also affects, causing sleep.

So what should be done?
First of all, do not leave your night meal, but keep it balanced. Eating a lighter and nutritious meal is more beneficial to lose weight than a meal.
Instead of leaving a night meal, there are some lightweight and nutritious options that will help you lose weight:
Dal and millet bread: Can be taken with a bowl of millet bread (such as bhakri) and a little sapling vegetables with a bowl of lentils. These are rich in proteins, easy to digest, and also provide the body’s necessary nutrition.
Mug-Dal Khichdi: The ghee-mugs are a satisfactory and nutritious option.
Vegetable Dalia: Dalia contains fiber and good carbohydrates, which keep your stomach full and do not allow it to feel heavy.
Spinach Hot spinach or milk soup relaxes the body. Along with eating mugs, it becomes a perfect and protein meal.
Yogurt Rye and salt lemonade for dinner during the summer season are cold and beneficial for the stomach.
So, remember that your daily routine should be long -lasting when you have a balanced meal at the end of the day. Do not resort to a harsh diet to keep the body healthy.
If you leave a night meal regularly, your body’s natural system is lost and becoming difficult to lose weight instead of being easy.
Instead, adopt lightweight and good habits:
Have a night meal at least 2-3 hours before bed.
Avoid eating too spicy, fried or heavy gravy at night.
After eating, drink hot cumin or try water for digestion.
Your body is good with regularity and care, never benefits from being hungry.
