Material

  • Potato – 2 medium sized (boiled and chopped)
  • Yogurt – 1 cup (impatient)
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp (according to taste)
  • Black salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Green coriander – finely chopped, 1 tablespoon
  • Green chili – 1 (finely chopped, optional)
  • Salt – according to taste
  • Rock salt – a pinch (optional)
  • Oil – 1 tablespoon (for tampering)
  • Rye (mustard seeds) – 1/2 teaspoon (for tampering)
  • Curry leaf -4-5 leaves (for tampering)

Fiber

  • First, peel the boiled potato peel and cut it into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, take a swim yogurt and add salt, black salt, cayenne powder, roasted cumin powder and mix well.
  • Now add the chopped potatoes and mix a little by hand so that the potatoes mix well in the yogurt.
  • Add green coriander and green chillies and mix again.
  • Heat the oil in a small pan. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and apply tappering until the mustard starts to bitter.
  • Put this tampering in a ray and mix well.
  • Rata is ready. Serve it cool.
