Carlos Alkaraz of two -time defending champion Spain has maintained his pressure on the ATP Masters Tennis Tournament. The third-seeded Alkaraz defeated Grigor Dimitrov 6-1, 6-1, in the midst of a stirring wind problem. Alkaraz won the 50th ATP Masters.
Alkaraz will try to make a place in the Elite Club of Roger Federer and Djokovic by winning the Indiana Wales tournament for the third consecutive year. The Spanish player has not yet lost a single set in the tournament. The next match of Alcaraz will be against Francisco Carundolo in Argentina, who defeated Australia’s Alex de Minor 7-5, 6-3 in the quarter-finals.
