The National Deaf Sports Championship has been organized by the All Gujarat Sports Council of the Deaf at the Sports Complex, Khokhara. Prithvi Shekhar of Tamil Nadu, Dhananjay Dubey was second in the men’s singles of the second National Deaf Senior Tennis, Dhananjay Dubey second and Rajasthan’s Arshit was third.

Andhra Pradesh’s Jaffreen Sheikh was first in the women’s singles, Telangana’s Bhavani Kadia second and Haryana’s Kriti Lata was third. Earth and Madan first, Dhananjan and Aryan second, Arshit and Mahipal Singh were third in the men’s doubles. Sai Chandan and Jaffreen Sheikh of Andhritas, Arshit and Deepa Kanwar were second and Anya Nitin Bodke and Ananya Bodke third in the mix doubles. Various matches of men’s and women’s singles were played in the table tenn. In addition to men and women singles and doubles, the semifinals and finals of the mix doubles will be played on Sunday. 65 players have participated in the men’s category and 40 players in the men’s category. Gujarat’s Mohammad Murtaza Vania won silver and Arun Panchal bronze of Haryana. Natasha Joshi of Maharashtra in 10m Air Rifle Women’s gold with 622.7 points, Naya Sandhu performed brilliantly by winning the bronze medal by silver Tata Priyasha Deshmukh with 622.5 points.
