Former President JS B Bid appointed Federal Judge President Donald Trump’s executive order in the US. Blocked by banning serving in the military.
Washington Shington, DC in U.S. District Judge A Rez issued an initial order banning the Pentagon to impose Trump’s order, in which the person cannot satisfy the strict standards required for military service expressing “false ‘gender identity” from a person’s breed. The order issued on January 27 was instructed to update its medical standards for military service and pronoun policies, saying, “Beyond hormonal and surgical medical intervention, a person’s sexual conflict with a person’s sexual dispute, and even a person’s sexual dispute.
Rez said executive orders violate the potential constitutional right.
“The court knows that this opinion will lead to public debate and appeal. In a healthy democracy, there are both positive results,” Raz wrote that the Trump delayed its order until Friday morning to give time to appeal. “We should all agree, however, everyone who has answered the call to serve the Call Low is our act. You deserve respect and respect.”

During the second tenure of former President Barack Obama, the transgender persons were considered inappropriate for US military service until the DOD changed its policy.
In its 79-paa judgment, the Lynn-Menuel Miranda musical “Hamilton” in the Rius part is to block the ban on transgender soldiers.
“Women were included in the sequel ‘when they passed the nineteenth reform in 1920, they had the right to vote in 1920,” Riyas wrote in footnotes, “That right is one of the many people who serve to protect thousands of transgender persons.”

Riyas said the plaintiffs “violate their constitutional rights, which forms the right damage not to fill.”
“Indeed, the cruel irony is that thousands of transgender service members have sacrificed – some jeopardize their lives – the military ban to ensure the right of very similar protection for others.” The judge wrote that the defendants have not shown that they are always defined.
White House Deputy Chief Staff F. Staff Stephen Miller condemned the verdict on Raz’s X? “The district court judges have now decided that they are under the order of armed forces … is there any end of this madness?”
Rius Trump was the second judge of the day to rule the administration. Trump called on the third judge to impose impeachment, who made a rare reprimand from Chief Justice John Roberts.

Miller wrote in another X post, “Unknown thug judges have been trying to steal years since 4 -year -olds. It is a very vague theft that can imagine: robbing American people’s opinion and voice.” Miller wrote in another X post.
In response to Trump’s executive order, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseeth issued a policy on February 26, which disqualifies people with gender dysphoria with military service. The policy says, “Current diagnosis or history, or displays consistent symptoms, gender dysphoria is incompatible with high mental and physical standards required for military service.”

Government lawyers argue that military officials have widespread discretion to determine how to hand over and organize service members without judicial interference.

Raz said that she did not take the order to block Trump’s order lightly, and noted that “judicial excessive is no less harmful than the executive overreach.” However, he said that the responsibility of every branch of the government is to provide investigation and balance for others, and therefore the court must take action to support the same security right by the army.
According to the Associated Press, thousands of transgender people serve in the military, but they represent less than 1% of the total number of active duty service members.
In 2016, the DOD policy allowed transgender people to be openly served in the military. During Trump’s first term, he issued a directive to ban the transgender service members. The Supreme Court allowed the ban to be implemented.
Democrat Biden, who served as Obama’s Vice -President, took over when he took over.

Six service members and two who wanted to get into the military in January regarding Trump’s executive order were claimed by the government. About a dozen others, including nine people on active duty, have joined the lawsuit. His lawyers of the National Center for Lesbian Rights and Glad Law said that transgender soldiers “take nothing but a chance to continue to devote their lives to defend the nation.”
