The USTF policy allows trans athletes to participate in the women’s category in compliance with the Internatonal Olympic Committee (IOC) policy. However, it is necessary to receive some medical benchmarks before the USTF “competes as an anti -gender for athletes medal, prize money and other benefits.”

Fox News has reached the USTF for digital comments.

Screener previously participated in the Rochester Institute Technology F Technology (RIT) Women’s Track and Field Team, and gained national nomenclacy of women opponents and frequently bragging social media videos as a transgender rival.

However, after the NCAA upgraded its gender eligibility policy, the Screener was inappropriate to compete for RIT, on February 6, one day after President Donald Trump signed an executive order to ban women and Girls Sports Trans Athletes.

RIT confirmed February 12 to Fox News Digital.

“We continue to comply with the NCAA’s partnership policy for transgender student-athletes following the executive order of the Trump administration,” the statement said, “the statement said,” the statement said.

Later in February, the Screener posted a video stating that the athlete’s running pace had slowed down after taking medicine to increase estrogen. The Screener spoke of the NCA’s desire to talk to the policy makers, to discuss it before the policy was implemented.

“They could have seen the results of their previous policy and how it made me the same, but they didn’t do it,” Shrener said. “And I would still love to communicate that. I would love to educate more people if I am appropriately approved.”

Although no longer contest for RIT, the Screener still has a profile page on the school website and has a 200-, 300- and 400-meter D ASH Women’s Indoor Track Record holder and RIT’s Women Outdoor Record Holder in 200- and 400-meter dash.

Screener has been a controversial person in the last year, especially after the appearance of 2024 NCAA Division III outdoor track and field championships in May.

At the beginning of that month, Shreiner participated in the Liberty League Championship and won both the woman 200- and 400-meter by breaking a 400-meter record in the process. Shrener men’s competition would have been over two seconds.

In late January, the Screener boasted after winning the event against female opponents.

The RIT runner wrote in an Instagram post, “Not only the race I was looking for this week, my spikes almost fell on the turn and I was not almost like my time from poor beginning.”

“The good news is that the season was just started, and I will leave everything on the track on the national,” Shrener added with Transgender Pride Flag Emoji.

On January 17, Screener took first place in the 200- and 400-meter D ASH Shash at the Rust Buster on Friday night, with two female seniors topped. In the 200-meter D ASH, the Screener beat RIT team companion Carolin Hill by 1.5 seconds and honored the first place in the 400-meter D ASH Shash from Brockport’s Marissa Wise in about 3.5 seconds. Screener results obtained automatic qualifications for the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championship.

On January 24, the Screener took first place in the 200-meter D ASH in the RIT Friday, in which the Liberty League Junior Lexi Rodrigan of the Brocport also defeated with a quick time. On January 30, Screener took first place in 200- and 400-meter D Ash against the Liberty League opponents.

Screener also spoke to states and colleges that did not offer a full scholarship to the Trans Athletes while the Screener wanted to transfer in December. Athletes have convicted laws in 25 that prohibits trans athletes from competing with girls and women.

“Usually in all obstacles, there is an additional level because it is a trans, 50% of the country has banned me from participating and that means I could not participate in any of those colleges, even if they reach me with a full ride.”

“It was also clear that the coach would be how firm I had to keep me on their teams, the college administration would usually prevent me from participating.”
