Sushil Modi Death Anniversary: A special tribute program was held on Tuesday on the death anniversary of the younger Bihar leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi. After returning from Bhagalpur and Chhapra’s visit, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar participated in the program at 30.30pm.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister inaugurated a park located at Rajendra Nagar Road No. 8 and dedicated it in the name of “Sushil Modi Park”. The Chief Minister and other leaders installed their image installed in the park and paid tribute to them. Many ministers and dignitaries of the Bihar government, Deputy Chief Minister Emperor Chowdhury, Minister Vijay Chowdhury, Vijay Kumar Sinha, Mangal Pandey participated in the program.

During the program, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced that on May 13 every year, Sushil Modi will be celebrated as the Dather Visory State Ceremony. He said that this would be an opportunity to remember his contribution to the development of Bihar.

A statue of Sushil Modi will be installed in the park

Along with this, the Chief Minister also announced that the statue of Sushil Modi would be installed in the park of Rajendra Nagar. He instructed the authorities that the process of construction and installation should begin as soon as possible so that it could be unveiled as soon as possible. The program was not only a tribute, but also proved to be a meaningful initiative to keep Sushil Modi’s invaluable image alive in Bihar politics.
