Navigation
Sleep on the back force on the mat to navigate. Keep the legs straight and the hand to the body. Now take a deep breath and lift the legs up from the ground while leaving. Then try to pull the leg. In the meantime the eye, finger and toe fingers need to be in one direction. Doing so will shrink the abdominal muscles and pull it to the navel.
