Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said, “Whatever PM Modi promised earlier has proved to be just a statement. The people of Bihar have seen how they have been cheated. He could not even get the status of Central University to Patna University. No special package has been given to Bihar. If he loves Bihar so much then why not give special status to the state. Now the entire Union Cabinet and BJP-ruled state governments will settle in Bihar itself. Now people can’t trust these people. They have betrayed the public and treated Bihar like a step mother. So PM Modi will have to return empty handed this time.
