Former Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli has completed an 8 -year deal with German Sports Brand Puma. Kohli signed a contract of around Rs 110 crore with Puma in 2017. Puma proposed to extend the contract for the next 8 years against Virat Kohli for Rs 300 crore. That is, the company was ready to pay Rs 37 crore per year, Rs 1 crore a month and more than Rs 10 lakh per day. But Kohli refused to become Puma’s brand ambassador.

Confirming the completion of collaboration with Kohli, Puma India said in a statement, “Puma greets Virat for his future efforts. There have been many years of memorable partnership between us, including good campaigns and product collaboration.

Puma will continue to invest in new players in the future and will work to strengthen sports ecosystems in India. ”While Kohli’s consultancy firm sporting Beyond has not commented on this.
