PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN) was launched in February 2019 with the objective of providing financial assistance to small and marginal farmers. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are given ₹6,000 in three equal installments every year.

Based on past trends, the 19th installment is expected to be paid in February 2025. However, the official date has not been confirmed yet. The previous installment i.e. 18th installment was released on 5 October 2024. The amount is directly transferred to the bank account of the beneficiaries, so farmers should ensure that their bank accounts are linked with Aadhaar and updated.

Who will get the money of PM Kisan Yojana?

To avail the benefits of PM Kisan Yojana, farmers have to fulfill certain conditions, which are as follows.

  1. E-KYC: All beneficiaries are required to complete the e-KYC process. This process can be done at the official website of PM Kisan Yojana or at the nearest CSC center.
  2. Base Seeding: It is necessary to link farmer’s bank account with Aadhaar number, so that PM Kisan Yojana money can be directly transferred to their account through DBT.

Verification of land records: The details of the farmer’s land should be correct and updated, so that his eligibility can be confirmed.

How to Check PM Kisan Yojana Status?

Farmers can check status online to avail 19th installment of PM Kisan Yojana. For this take the following steps:

  1. Official website of PM Kisan Yojana pmkisan.gov.in go to
  2. Click on ‘Beneficiary Status’ on the home page.
  3. Enter your Aadhaar number, bank account number or mobile number.
  4. Click on ‘Get Data’ button.
  5. Your installment status will appear on the screen.
