It mainly improves digestion, but it is also not a healthy option.

The salt we use regularly is more important than we think for our health. It provides iodine, which is important for the function of the thyroid gland, metabolism and children’s development. Iodine helps in brain development, especially during pregnancy and childhood. Inadequate iodine can cause problems such as development delays, low IQ levels and thyroid. Iodine-Fortified salt is the Best way to prevent iodine deficiency, and the order was passed in 1960 when the country was struggling with growing cases of Goiter.

Three main reasons for the popularity of Pink Himalayan Salt, Smell and other salt:

1. Marketing Strategy: By taking advantage of the weakness of conscious consumers, premium salt is marketed as a better option, so people make the assumption that the higher the price as the higher the price. Therefore, demand increases and prices also increase.

2. Western influence in India: Indians tend to accept Western products. Traditional ingredients like ghee and turmeric once again proved their importance and re -branded as “superfoods”. Pink Salt is also no different. Pink Himalayan Salt started as a wellness trend there and has now become an essential health product in India too.

3. Influencers: Health influencers often make misleading claims about daily requirements like regular salt, which makes people seek trendy options, even if their benefits are low.

After all, we must be wise and not get caught up in deceptive advertisements. Social media is an impressive medium and influencers influence you in many respects, so it is important to be prudent. We need Indians only beautiful, cheap and durable salt!
