Why is the Congress session in Gujarat?

Ahmedabad: With the target of 2027 Legislative Assembly, the Delhi Congress will now set up in Gujarat, Congress is going to hold the national session in Gujarat after 64 years. Gujarat Congress will hold hosts and CWC meetings. On April 8 and 9, Congress leaders from all over the country will be in Gujarat. Congress national president Mallikarjun Khadge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi will be present at the state chief minister and former chief ministers as well as MPs and MLAs. Several political resolutions will be made and Congress will announce the program next time, CWC meeting will be held at the Shahbag Sardar Memorial on April 8. Also, the national session will be held on April 9 at the Sabarmati Riverfront. It is estimated to have 3,000 people from across the country.

A cultural program will be held at the Sabarmati Riverfront at 7pm on April 7. An overview of India will be shown through a cultural program connecting different states of the country. A meeting of the Congress Working Committee will be held at Sardar Memorial in Shahbag at 11am on April 8. There will be a prayer meeting at Gandhi Ashram at 5pm that same day. The leaders of the working committee including Sonia Gandhi, Mallikarjun Khadge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi will be present. So on April 9, at 9:30 am, the national session of the Congress will begin at the Sabarmati Riverfront.
