BC’s jury on Wednesday heard accounts of the murder of the cruel 2017 gangland in the graphic detail, as the alleged murder of the accused contract continued his testimony.
But the witness, whose identity is covered by a release ban and is known as “Person X”, has testified that he was taken along with a murderer Brandon Taxira accused of killing Nicholas Khabra in October 2017.
Taxira has not convicted of first-degree murder, murder attempt and fire weapon in this case.
Earlier this week, Person X testified that he went to attend the murder at a meeting with Khabra but became “stable” at a crucial moment, when Texira pulled a gun from his waistline and shot the victim.
On Wednesday, the Crown Prosecutor Bel Belows took the witness the jury by murder in the cooling detail.

Last month, Crown told the court that the person X and Taxira were paid $ 160,000 for the murder.
The jury has also heard that the person deals with both RCMPs and crowns.
His agreement to work as a police informant made him a half million dollars, while his deal with lawyers convicted him of a murder conspiracy, for which he served a five -year sentence.
The high-security hearing is expected to last six to eight months.
